Northwest Drainage Solutions is seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various projects, including waterproofing, drainage installations, septic system setups, and foundation repairs. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in the construction and property services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of drainage systems, septic tanks, and waterproofing solutions
• Perform site clean-up and material handling
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Load and unload materials from trucks
• Support excavation and trenching activities
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Experience in construction or landscaping is an asset but not required
